Terms and Conditions

1. Scope, provider. These terms apply to all orders by consumers via mintu.shop from MINTU OG, Handwerkstraße 8, 9500 Villach (office@mintu.shop). For the routine subscription the subscription terms apply in addition and prevail for the subscription in case of conflict.

2. Conclusion of contract. The product display is a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the order button ("order with obligation to pay") you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our confirmation or with dispatch. Contract language: German.

3. Prices. All prices are in euro including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before order completion.

4. Payment. The payment methods offered at checkout apply (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, EPS).

5. Delivery. Delivery to Austria and Germany per the shipping terms. Stated delivery times are estimates.

6. Retention of title. The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Warranty. Statutory warranty rights apply (Austria: ABGB/VGG; Germany: §§ 434 ff. BGB). Consumer rights are not limited or excluded.

8. Liability. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law (esp. product liability, personal injury). For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable typical damage.

9. Right of withdrawal. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal (see Withdrawal Policy), with the special case for sealed food supplements.

10. Dispute resolution. We are not willing/obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final provisions. Austrian law applies excluding conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer''s country of residence remain unaffected. Should a provision be invalid, the rest of the contract remains effective.
