Delivery area
We deliver to Austria and Germany.
Shipping costs
- Austria: €4.90 – free shipping from an order value of €40
- Germany: €8.90 – free shipping from an order value of €100
Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before the order is completed.
Processing and delivery time
Your order is generally processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery then generally takes place within 1 to 3 business days in Austria and 2 to 4 business days in Germany. These are non-binding guide values for normal circumstances: when order volumes are high, on public holidays or if the delivery service is delayed, delivery may take longer in individual cases. We use established parcel services; shipment tracking is available on request.
Passing of risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss only passes to you upon handover of the goods.
Returns / withdrawal
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving reasons. For sealed food supplements, the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as the seal has been removed after delivery (Section 18 (1) no. 5 FAGG).
