1. Controller

2. What data we process

Device/usage data (browser, IP, time zone, cookies, pages visited, referrer), order data (name, delivery/billing address, payment data, email, phone), account and routine/subscription data upon registration.

3. Legal Basis

Contract fulfillment (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b), consent (lit. a, e.g. marketing/optional cookies), legitimate interest (lit. f, security/fraud prevention/reach measurement), legal obligations (lit. c, retention).

4. Recipients / Processors

  • Shopify International Ltd. – Shop/Checkout platform, hosting
  • Shopify Payments or selected payment service (credit card, Apple/Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, EPS)
  • Supabase – Backend database/server (EU, eu-central-1): account, routine, order, and communication data
  • Email dispatch via our provider's SMTP service (digitalnova.at) for transactional and service emails
  • Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics (reach measurement, only with consent)
  • Shipping service provider for delivery
  • Possibly SMS/push services, if activated

Third-country transfers (e.g., USA) based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) or adequacy decision.

5. Cookies / Tracking

Necessary cookies without consent; analytics/marketing cookies only with active consent via the cookie banner (opt-in), revocable at any time. Google Analytics and marketing pixels load only after consent.

6. Storage Duration

Only as long as necessary for the purpose; invoice/tax-relevant data 7 years (§ 132 BAO / § 147 AO), then deletion.

7. Your Rights

8. Minors

The offer is intended for persons aged 18 and over; no knowing collection of data from minors.
