Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods; in the case of recurring deliveries (subscription), from receipt of the first goods.

Exercise

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MINTU OG, Handwerkstraße 8, 9500 Villach, office@mintu.shop, +43 650 740 9358) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter or e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal

We will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may refuse repayment until the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods. You must return the goods immediately and at the latest within fourteen days and bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Compensation for loss of value only applies if the handling of the goods goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Expiry for sealed goods (food supplements)

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires prematurely for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Voluntary return

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return for unopened, original packaged goods as a gesture of goodwill.
