Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, at any time and with no notice period. In your member account under „Manage routine“ you can stop or pause your deliveries with a single click.

Does the 15% discount last forever?

Yes. Once you reach the third delivery, the 15% discount applies permanently — even if you take breaks later on.

What happens if I pause?

Your discount tier is preserved. When you start again after a pause, you pick up exactly where you left off.

Can I change products later?

Yes. You can add or remove products at any time, or adjust the interval for each product.

When exactly am I charged?

2 days before delivery. You receive an email in good time, with the option to make short-notice changes or to pause.
