MINTU Premium Fitness Magnesium Lemon-Pineapple Sugar-Free (2-Month Supply Pack)

These terms supplement MINTU OG's General Terms and apply to every "MINTU Routine" subscription (recurring deliveries of food supplements); in case of conflict they prevail for the subscription.

Conclusion. The subscription is concluded when you activate the order routine on the product, choose an interval (30, 45, 60 or 90 days) and complete the order against payment. Product, interval, price incl. loyalty tier and the delivery rhythm are shown clearly beforehand.

Term. Indefinite, no minimum term; renews automatically by the chosen interval with each delivery until you cancel or pause it, or we end it.

Prices & loyalty tier. Product price at the time of the order minus your loyalty discount: 5% from the first, 10% from the second, 15% from the third delivery; from the third onward it stays 15%. All prices incl. VAT; shipping shown separately where applicable.

Price changes apply to future deliveries and are announced at least 30 days in advance in text form; you may cancel until they take effect.

Advance notice and release. Three days before each delivery date we email you what is coming and what it costs, together with a link to manage the routine. If you do not pause, change or cancel it by then, the order is released automatically and charged at the announced amount.

Management. Anytime in your account under "My Routine": reschedule, skip, change interval, pause, resume or cancel.

Termination by us with reasonable notice (at least 30 days to the delivery date) in text form, e.g. on product discontinuation or after repeatedly failed payment.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected (see Right of withdrawal).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. For a subscription with recurring deliveries, the period begins on the day you (or a third party named by you) take possession of the first goods.

To exercise it, inform us (MINTU OG, Handwerkstrasse 8, 9500 Villach, Austria, office@mintu.shop, +43 650 740 9358) by a clear statement (e.g. letter or email). Sending the notice before the deadline suffices.

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received including delivery costs (except extra costs from a non-standard delivery you chose), within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment.

Return the goods within fourteen days of notifying us; you bear the direct return cost. You are liable for diminished value only from handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.

Special case food supplements. The right does not exist or lapses for goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once their seal is removed after delivery. MINTU products are delivered sealed: opening the seal of a product ends your right of withdrawal for that product. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within the period.

Withdrawing from the first order also ends the subscription; for later deliveries use cancellation at any time.

To MINTU OG, Handwerkstrasse 8, 9500 Villach, Austria, office@mintu.shop — I/We hereby withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the following goods; ordered/received on; name and address of consumer(s); date; signature (paper only).

Three days before each delivery date you receive an email stating the exact content of the upcoming order, the amount, the loyalty tier and a link to manage or cancel the routine.

If you take no action, the order is released automatically on the delivery date and charged at the announced amount via the payment method held for your routine. Payment is processed by our provider (Shopify Payments and, where offered, other checkout methods).

If a payment fails, we notify you and retry; the delivery may be paused until payment succeeds. Repeatedly failed payments may lead to termination.

You can end your MINTU Routine subscription at any time without obstacles, effective from the next delivery date.

Cancellation paths: in your account under "My Routine" → "Cancel subscription"; via the link in every advance-notice email; via the button "Cancel contracts here" in the footer, reachable without login; or by email to office@mintu.shop.

After cancellation you immediately receive an on-screen and an email confirmation with the cancellation date and until when the subscription still runs. Deliveries already released are unaffected; no further charges occur.
