When do you deliver?

Within 1–2 business days across Austria, 2–3 business days in Germany. Free shipping from €60 (AT) or €100 (DE), otherwise €4.90 / €8.90.

Which payment methods are available?

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), SEPA direct debit, bank transfer.

Routine order

How does the routine with 5/10/15 % discount work?

Choose your product + interval (30/60/90/180 days). First delivery 5 % off, second 10 %, and a permanent 15 % from the third. Pause or cancel anytime, no minimum term.

Are 3-packs included in the routine?

No. 3-packs are excluded from all promotions, discounts and vouchers.

How do I become a member?

Automatically with your first routine order. Benefits: birthday bonus, referral programme (€15 per referred person), wishlist, saved payment methods.

How does it work?

You share your code, your friend saves €15 on their first order from €80, and you receive €15 credit. Redeemable only once per household.

B2B / wholesale

Am I eligible as a pharmacy / studio / trainer?

Submit a retailer application. We review it within 24 h on business days. Once approved, you receive a personal login with wholesale prices, commission and the 5+1 mechanism.

How long is my return period?

14 days from receipt. Original packaging, unopened. More in our cancellation policy.
