Order & shipping

When do you deliver?

Your order is generally processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery then generally takes place within 1 to 3 business days in Austria and 2 to 4 business days in Germany.

What does shipping cost?

Austria: €4.90, free shipping from an order value of €40. Germany: €8.90, free shipping from an order value of €100. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before the order is completed.

Which payment methods are available?

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), SEPA direct debit, bank transfer.

Order routine

How does the routine work?

Choose your product and a delivery interval of 30, 45, 60 or 90 days. First delivery 5% off, second 10%, and a permanent 15% from the third delivery onwards. Pause or cancel at any time, no minimum term.

Are 3-packs included in the routine?

No. 3-packs are excluded from all promotions, discounts and vouchers.

Membership

How do I become a member?

Automatically with your first routine order. Benefits: referral program, wish list and saved payment methods. You can find all tiers and benefits in your customer account.

Referral program

How does it work?

You share your personal code. You can find the currently valid terms for you and the person you refer on the Referral program page. Redeemable only once per household.

B2B / wholesale

Am I eligible as a pharmacy, studio or trainer?

Submit a retailer application. We review it within 24 hours on business days. Once approved, you receive a personal login with wholesale prices, commission and the 5+1 mechanism.

Returns and withdrawal

How long is my return period?

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving reasons. For sealed food supplements, the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as you remove the seal (Section 18 (1) no. 5 FAGG). Independently of this, we voluntarily take back unopened original goods for 30 days. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found in our withdrawal instructions.
