Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime with no notice period. In your member account under “Manage routine” you can stop or pause your deliveries with a single click.

Does the 15 % discount stay forever?

Yes. Once you reach the third delivery, the 15 % discount applies permanently, even if you take breaks later.

What happens during a pause?

Your discount tier is preserved. When you resume after a pause, you continue exactly where you left off.

Can I change products later?

Yes. You can add or remove products at any time, or adjust the interval per product.

When exactly am I charged?

2 days before delivery. You will receive an email in good time, with the option to adjust or pause at short notice.
