      Why is there no card entry here?

      For security reasons (PCI DSS) no card number may be stored in your account or at MINTU — not even in our backend. Entering, storing and changing your card therefore happens exclusively in the secure checkout under your existing login. This applies to every Shopify store and protects your data.

      How does the routine work?

      You choose products + interval. We deliver automatically. The discount increases: 1st order 5%, 2nd 10%, from the 3rd a permanent 15%.

      When does my next delivery arrive?

      See “My routine” — you'll find the exact date + contents there.

      How do I redeem credit?

      Automatically at checkout from €49. Can be combined with discounts up to 50 % for promotions below 40 %.

      Can I cancel the routine?

      Any time under “My routine”. No minimum term. You can also just pause.

      How does the referral work?

      Share your code . Your friend saves €15 (from €49), you get €15 credit after activation.
