Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope, Provider. These T&Cs apply to all orders placed by consumers via mintu.shop with MINTU OG, Handwerkstraße 8, 9500 Villach (office@mintu.shop). For the routine subscription, the subscription conditions apply in addition; in case of contradictions for the subscription, the subscription conditions take precedence.

2. Conclusion of Contract. The product presentation is a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the order button ("order with obligation to pay"), you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order/acceptance confirmation or with dispatch. Contract language: German.

3. Prices. All prices are in Euros, including statutory sales tax. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed (see shipping conditions).

4. Payment. The payment methods offered in the checkout (including credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, EPS) apply.

5. Delivery. Delivery to Austria and Germany according to shipping conditions. Stated delivery times are approximate.

6. Retention of Title. The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Warranty. The statutory warranty rights apply (Austria: ABGB/VGG; Germany: §§ 434 et seq. BGB). Consumer rights are not restricted or excluded.

8. Liability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as according to mandatory statutory provisions (especially product liability, personal injury). In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

9. Right of Withdrawal. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal (see withdrawal policy). Special feature for sealed dietary supplements: see there.

10. Dispute Resolution. We are not willing/obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Loyalty and Bonus Program. The MINTU loyalty program (bonus/point system) is a voluntary service. There is no legal claim to participation or to the collection or redemption of points. MINTU can change, suspend or terminate the bonus system, point rates, rewards and the associated terms of participation at any time and without giving reasons with effect for the future. Already credited, redeemable points remain unaffected by a change. Points have no cash value, are not transferable and are not paid out in cash; in case of cancellation or refund of an order, the points granted for it will be debited proportionally.

11a. Free Sample Pack.

(1) MINTU temporarily offers selected products as free sample packs. The right to a free sample pack exists exclusively for customers registered in their MINTU customer account. Without registration (guest order), the free sample pack cannot be granted; in this case, each sample pack will be charged regularly.

(2) Per customer account: a maximum of one free sample pack per order and a maximum of one free sample pack every six months. The reference status stored in the customer account is decisive.

(3) Sample packs ordered beyond the free sample pack will be charged at the respective indicated unit price. For sample packs, a separate shipping cost contribution, transparently shown in the ordering process, may apply; from a total order value of 40 Euros, this is waived according to the general shipping cost regulation.

(4) The free sample pack cannot be combined with other promotions, is not transferable to third parties, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Resale is excluded.

(5) MINTU can change, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time for the future, and can refuse the claim in case of recognizable misuse (e.g., multiple accounts). Already completed orders remain unaffected.

12. Final Provisions. Austrian law applies to the exclusion of conflict of law rules; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be ineffective, the rest of the contract remains effective.
