Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (Widerruf)

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for contracts concluded at a distance. The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of recurring deliveries under an order routine (subscription), the period begins on receipt of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement to MINTU OG, Handwerkstraße 8, 9500 Villach, Austria, email office@mintu.shop, telephone +43 650 740 9358 is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your notification before the period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods where that loss of value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exception for sealed goods

The right of withdrawal does not exist, or lapses early, for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, once their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 18 (1) no. 5 FAGG). This applies to our food supplements as soon as the seal has been opened.

In addition and voluntarily: 30-day return

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we take back unopened original goods as a gesture of goodwill within 30 days of receipt. This voluntary goodwill arrangement is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict it in any way.

Damage and problems

Please check your order on receipt and contact us if an item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
