Shipping policy

Shipping

We deliver to Austria and Germany. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us by email at office@mintu.shop.

Shipping costs

Austria: €4.90 – free shipping from an order value of €40.
Germany: €8.90 – free shipping from an order value of €100.

The shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before the order is completed.

Processing and delivery time

Your order is generally processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery then generally takes place within 1 to 3 business days in Austria and 2 to 4 business days in Germany. Delays may occur when order volumes are high.

We provide shipment tracking on request. If your parcel is in transit for longer than seven business days, please contact us by email at office@mintu.shop or by telephone on +43 650 740 9358.

Passing of risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods only passes to you upon handover of the goods.

Returns and withdrawal

 

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. For sealed food supplements it lapses as soon as the seal has been removed (Section 18 (1) no. 5 FAGG). Independently of this, we voluntarily take back unopened original goods for 30 days. You can find all details, including the model withdrawal form, in our withdrawal instructions.
