Subscription terms
These terms supplement MINTU OG's General Terms and apply to every "MINTU Routine" subscription (recurring deliveries of food supplements); in case of conflict they prevail for the subscription.
Conclusion. The subscription is concluded when you activate the order routine on the product, choose an interval (30, 45, 60 or 90 days) and complete the order against payment. Product, interval, price incl. loyalty tier and the delivery rhythm are shown clearly beforehand.
Term. Indefinite, no minimum term; renews automatically by the chosen interval with each delivery until you cancel or pause it, or we end it.
Prices & loyalty tier. Product price at the time of the order minus your loyalty discount: 5% from the first, 10% from the second, 15% from the third delivery; from the third onward it stays 15%. All prices incl. VAT; shipping shown separately where applicable.
Price changes apply to future deliveries and are announced at least 30 days in advance in text form; you may cancel until they take effect.
Advance notice and release. Three days before each delivery date we email you what is coming and what it costs, together with a link to manage the routine. If you do not pause, change or cancel it by then, the order is released automatically and charged at the announced amount.
Management. Anytime in your account under "My Routine": reschedule, skip, change interval, pause, resume or cancel.
Termination by us with reasonable notice (at least 30 days to the delivery date) in text form, e.g. on product discontinuation or after repeatedly failed payment.
Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected (see Right of withdrawal).
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. For a subscription with recurring deliveries, the period begins on the day you (or a third party named by you) take possession of the first goods.
To exercise it, inform us (MINTU OG, Handwerkstrasse 8, 9500 Villach, Austria, office@mintu.shop, +43 650 740 9358) by a clear statement (e.g. letter or email). Sending the notice before the deadline suffices.
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received including delivery costs (except extra costs from a non-standard delivery you chose), within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment.
Return the goods within fourteen days of notifying us; you bear the direct return cost. You are liable for diminished value only from handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.
Special case food supplements. The right does not exist or lapses for goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once their seal is removed after delivery. MINTU products are delivered sealed: opening the seal of a product ends your right of withdrawal for that product. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within the period.
Withdrawing from the first order also ends the subscription; for later deliveries use cancellation at any time.

Payment & advance notice
Three days before each delivery date you receive an email stating the exact content of the upcoming order, the amount, the loyalty tier and a link to manage or cancel the routine.
If you take no action, the order is released automatically on the delivery date and charged at the announced amount via the payment method held for your routine. Payment is processed by our provider (Shopify Payments and, where offered, other checkout methods).
If a payment fails, we notify you and retry; the delivery may be paused until payment succeeds. Repeatedly failed payments may lead to termination.
Cancellation
You can end your MINTU Routine subscription at any time without obstacles, effective from the next delivery date.
Cancellation paths: in your account under "My Routine" → "Cancel subscription"; via the link in every advance-notice email; via the button "Cancel contracts here" in the footer, reachable without login; or by email to office@mintu.shop.
After cancellation you immediately receive an on-screen and an email confirmation with the cancellation date and until when the subscription still runs. Deliveries already released are unaffected; no further charges occur.

How to use & taste
Serving size
Stir 1 serving daily (30 g) into 200 ml of cold to lukewarm water.
Stir well or shake until the powder has dissolved completely.
Recommended use
One serving daily, e.g. in the morning with breakfast or before a workout.
If needed, a second serving can occasionally be taken during the day, but because of the caffeine and vitamin content, a maximum of 2 servings per day.
Tip:
In summer the Protein Coffee is also delicious as an iced coffee – simply shake it with cold milk or water and enjoy over ice.
With warm (plant-based) milk or oat drink it becomes especially creamy.
Taste

Of course you can stir protein powder into coffee, but with MINTU Protein Coffee you get a specially formulated blend that dissolves well and tastes excellent. No clumping, no unpleasant texture – instead a finely soluble protein coffee with a creamy consistency. Our product also contains additional ingredients such as choline, vitamins, minerals and plant extracts that you would not get by simply mixing protein powder and coffee. It is the all-round solution for your protein and coffee moment.
Very tasty and full-bodied! Picture a mild cappuccino or latte macchiato, refined with a hint of chocolate from real cocoa powder and a nutty hazelnut finish. Despite the high protein content the drink is pleasantly creamy and not gritty. As no sugar is added, the sweetness is subtle – if you like, you can adjust it with a sweetener or a little cinnamon. Many of our customers love the taste from the very first cup and enjoy it daily as a moment of indulgence.
Each 30 g serving contains around 80 mg of caffeine (roughly the equivalent of a cup of filter coffee). This caffeine comes from the coffee powder and the mate extract – less caffeine than in many energy drinks. Enjoy the Protein Coffee mindfully, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine. This caffeine-containing product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children and adolescents under 14 years of age (only after consulting a doctor).
Yes, absolutely. MINTU Protein Coffee is 100% vegan – it contains no dairy products or other animal ingredients. Instead of milk powder we use coconut milk as a base, so the product is lactose-free. It is also gluten-free, as it contains no gluten-containing cereals. That makes our protein coffee an ideal choice for many intolerances too. The product is manufactured in accordance with the applicable food law requirements for food supplements.
MINTU Protein Coffee provides plant-based protein with little sugar and fits well into a balanced, calorie-conscious diet. It does not replace a balanced diet and regular physical activity.
